After starting in political communications, Tim made a pivotal shift into payroll and Human Capital Management, where he found his strength in working directly with people and delivering results. Over the past 14 years, he has built a reputation as a leader who transforms teams, drives growth, and earns the kind of trust that makes people want to go all in.
Now as CEO of Recalibrate HCM, Tim is on a mission to bring the human element back to HR and payroll. While much of the industry has moved toward automation and call centers, Tim is building a client-first model focused on real relationships, experienced professionals, and meaningful service.
